Bocconi Small Bites is a female-owned, dessert catering company. Bocconi specializes in uniquely flavored artisanal, hand-crafted, bite-sized gluten free and vegan desserts.The inspiration for Bocconi emerged while attending pastry school in Italy during a sabbatical year, combining my love of pastry and background in biochemistry.

Flavor preferences and deliciousness are unique to each person and are impacted by culture, life experience, biology and food memories among other things. I work closely with each client to understand what is uniquely delicious to them and what excites their palate. With high quality ingredients and modern techniques as the canvas, the possibilities are limitless. Through an interactive process of defining your unique flavor preferences, conceptualizing the dessert, and tasting and refining it along the way, we can co-create a personalized and flavorful dessert that is uniquely delicious to you.
